(J. S. Bach) (Level 2) SATB a cappella. I arranged this Prelude from the 2nd Book of the Well-Tempered Clavichord on a commission from the Oberlin Community Chamber Singers. It is sung with light"oo" sounds in a flowing, moderate tempo. Aside from a couple high G's in the soprano part, the vocal ranges are quite easy to handle.

BACH-APELLA AND CLASSICS During the past few years the Swingle Singers have been performing more of their concerts a cappella. I have arranged some of the early classical pieces and many of my recent arrangements to be sung without instrumental accompaniment. All Swingle octavos are sold as singles not in packs of 16.
