SCOTT REEVES a graduate of Indiana University, is currently Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Southern Maine and a clinician with the Jamey Aebersold Summer Jazz Camps. He is the author of the text Creative Jazz Improvisation, published by Prentice-Hall. As a trombonist, Mr. Reeves has worked with Louis Bellson, Julian Priester, Les Elgart and numerous show groups such as the Temptations, the Supremes, the O'Jays, and Wayne Newton. He has recorded with Anthony Braxton for Leo Records.
