(Level 2) A delicate ballad, reminiscent of a poignant movie theme. May be performed either in French or English. Easy two-part sections are frequently contrasted with four-part harmony. Polyphonic vocal lines and carefully limited vocal ranges make the arrangement particularly effective for developing choirs. SATB with piano.

DAN SCHWARTZ is widely known throughout the U.S. as a choral composer and arranger, with over 95 published choral arrangements. He has thirty-two years experience as a public school teacher, college instructor, clinician, adjudicator and professional pianist. Dan received his Professional Diploma from the Teacher's College, Columbia University, where he also pursued doctoral studies. He has presented teacher workshops at many colleges and universities including Villanova and Westminster Choir College. A past National Chair of the ACDA Jazz/Show Choir Committee, Dan is also the recipient of seven ASCAP awards.
