(Level 4) This is a great chart for teaching improvisation and learning blues changes. There is plenty of space for scatting as well as a soli chorus of great unison scat. This chart climaxes with an ensemble tutti before returning to the head. Featuring solo lines for alto and baritone voices that can be performed as individual solos or as a section solo. This great Coltrane classic includes original lyrics written by the arranger. SSAATB with rhythm.
