Did not receive PDF or any response for two months

We ordered "Deck the Halls" by Murai the last week of August. It was supposed to be an instant digital download. The order said "processing" for over two months. We contacted UNC Jazz Press through their orders email, phone number (which did not work), and the accounting department, all of which did not return calls or emails. After two months of reaching out multiple times a week, we handed it off to our school's accounting department to try to get a refund. Only then did we receive a response and the music. We understand that glitches sometimes happen and that the order saying "processing" was not supposed to happen. The issue is that no one would respond to our multiple emails and phone calls and we received no response until we tried to get refunded two months later. We will be cautious about ordering from UNC Jazz Press in the future.
